That's when we realized there's a huge world out there of Informal Tech Support... lots of people trying to help Uncle Leo who can't use products like VNC because of the firewall problem. So we changed the focus of release 1 to be the casual and home user instead of tech support departments.

Der Clue ist, dass CoPilot über das Internet durch Router und Firewall auf beiden Seiten (bei mir und bei meiner Schwiegermutter) funktioniert, sich installiert und nach getaner Arbeit wieder deinstalliert, ohne dass man dafür mehr Wissen braucht, als eine eMail zu öffnen und einen Link zu klicken.

Definitiv was zum Ausprobieren!
